Would Protein Shake Like Slim Fast?


help while tying to heal an ulcer.I have an ulcer and gerd and im finding I just can eat anything without getting acid reflux.
So would just having the shakes help and get my digestion under control.

    slimfast is not a protein shake, please do not get it confused with one. a slim fast has max 15 grams of protein where a protein shake has anywhere from 25-30.
    Since you say acid reflux, I am assuming you ulcer is in your stomach, not throat or mouth. If I am mistaken and it is in throat and mouth try doing a salt water rinse. if it is a stomach ulcer the best way to get rid of it is to go to the doc and get a triple play (2 antibiotics and some other thing)
