What Would Be A Good Workout Schedule For A 14 Year Old Girl?
Im 14 years old and I would really like to loose some weight. I’m not fat and I’m a good weight I guess I just want to be slimmer. What are some good tings I could do and what should my diet consist of ?

The Fat X diet simplifies things. You can try the Fat X workouts but try a few extra rest days.
