Best Way To Lose Weight In 3 Months?
im not a heavy person, i just wanna shed maybe 10-15lbs.
what would be the best way for me to lose that extra weight?
i changed my drinking to only water, and i have the acai berry diet pill being delivered soon.
but as for the eating, im not a big fan of salads, so im not tooo sure on whats the best thing for me to eat.
or a good workout plan?
anything will help, thanks!

I lost 15 pounds in 1 month by riding my bicycle between 7-20 miles a week and eating low saturated fat/sodium foods.
Granted, this was 1.5 years ago and every time I rode my bike I went to Applebees for some grub.
I will suggest that for 3 months you should exercise by walking, lightly jogging, or riding a bicycle and then eating less saturated fat foods. Calorie counting is only half the battle. If you watch your sodium/saturated fat intake then you will lose weight.
As a warning, I will say that I stopped eating everything bad completely and I gained all of my weight back (though I lose/gain constantly). If you gradually stop eating the fattening foods then you will surely lose 15 pounds in 3 months. Just make sure to not completely stop eating all the normal food that you eat (like pizza, ice cream, etc…) Just make up for it later on.
You can do all of this by parking farther away from stores and walking, doing exercises in your home (jumping jacks, push-ups), and by doing regular exercise. BTW, my bicycle riding was 7 miles each time I rode my bike and it took about 1 hour for the complete ride. But then I always stopped at Applebees for some food which quite a bit of time onto it.

Eat lots a fruit and drink loads of water, and peanut bettter and ham. but the sanwhich ham. It gives you all the nutrients.
oh and never miss a meal. my teacher told me that when you miss a meal, the next mean you eat, your body take all the nutrients from it, and some of it that your body doesn’t need, but it’s making up for that meal you lost. So you gain more weight that way. And dont eat any sugars like candy,chips or even soda. Soday makes your stomach just like beer would. (it gets bigger)

What’s with people and losing weight? We’re all human, and humans need a few extra pounds to survive. Say all the food in the world disappeared. The skinny people would die off first.

But if you’re that concerned, just eat healthily; as in a balanced diet.
Diet pills are a complete ripoff. There’s not a magic pill out there, sorry.
Uh…celery will be your best buddy. You know, the negative calories. It may not taste too great, but hey, it’s healthy.

Running! Just do at least 2 miles a day, then you can work up higher but you can keep it down low as long as you’re consistent and push yourself. It’s only a 20ish minute workout, you don’t build excess unattractive muscle, but you get skinnier!
And you become waaay healthier, decreases risks of like 50 million different diseases…

don’t do weights. using weights build muscle mass, causing weight GAIN instead of the desired loss. stick to cardio. start with 10 minutes, and each day add 5 more until you reach an hour a day. cutting out soda is also a great start. keep with it and you should loose that 15 pounds EASILY!! good luck!!

Frozen Dinner Diet works best. Low calorie chicken and measured portions are key. Keep intake to 1500 calories per day and walk a little more everyday. Good Luck.
