I dont know the amount of calories but I know that green tea increases energy and so speeds up metabolism. And when our metabolism levels increase we burn more calories than normal. You should drink at least 3 cups of green tea each day.

Green tea certainly has many benefits (as do other teas) but you will not burn calories by consuming it. There are SOME foods that actually do have negative calories (you burn more calories digesting them than you get from the food itself), but green tea is not in that category. Celery is one of these negative-calorie foods, try some of that :)
Diet and exercise always help you lose weight, so don’t be fooled by the “combined with” marketing schemes. You could sell pills filled with pure water and say, “Helps you lose weight, combined with diet and exercise.” In fact, I think most diet pills and remedies are just as silly…

There are more facile techniques to shed weight apart from diet and working out. You can have a supplement that flushes out your colon, you can shed up to twenty lbs like this – and the weight reduces in the desired places too! There’s a risk free trial at http://vinent.freehealthlive.info

even if it is, it’s not significant to lose any weight. tea has zero calories, but i doubt it burns calories. They say hot peppers burn calories because of metabolic reasons.

Sometimes diet and exercise simply isn’t enough, cos there can be surplus weight simply lying around in the colon. It’s not body fat, therefore it can’t be burned off, but it can be flushed out, simply by using a diet supplement. http://dumert.besthealthpro.info has a risk free offer offered right now, I gave it a try and lost seventeen pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!
